That is why we developed Nurse’s Touch – to help students successfully transition to real-life practice with the skills that help them navigate the stress and complexities facing a working nurse. Tell us why your program needs Nurse’s Touch and how you’ll integrate it in your curriculum, and our team of nurse educators will select two programs to receive Nurse’s Touch for one year. Summary & Introduction

Describe the nursing program and the college, university or parent organization of which it is a part. Include the average class size and number of nursing faculty. *

Statement of Need

Describe your need for soft skills as an essential component of the nursing curriculum and relate the need to the program mission, philosophy or purpose and values. *

Explain how Nurse's Touch will be used to improve or enhance the educational experience and performance outcomes of students. *

Methodology: Activities

Describe the process that will be used to implement Nurse's Touch. Give examples of instructional strategies and other classroom activities, lab and clinical use, as well as independent study as appropriate. *

Provide a timeline for implementing Nurse's Touch including alignment with courses, faculty training, student orientation, and completion of modules by students, and faculty evaluation of outcomes. *

Evaluation Plan

Provide a description of how the students‚ educational experience and performance outcomes related to using Nurse's Touch will evaluated. *

Identify and quantify the potential resources that can be saved or redirected through the use of a Nurse's Touch. *
